For the jobs a small warehouse actually does — yes. The hoist covers vertical lifts to racks and truck beds (1,100 lbs), skates cover heavy single machines (8,800 lbs), and the pallet jack covers palletized freight (6,600 lbs). What it won't do is stack pallets three levels high all day — if that's your daily job, you do need the forklift.
